UK returning racer

hi all my names Scott but my friends call me Nubba from Sheffield.
Iv just got back into racing games with forza 3 and now 4 looking to join a club and u guys seem like the sort of guys id race alongside.
GT: XxSSnSNxX before anyone asks its mine and my gfs initials between some kisses just to shut the missus up lol
can someone tell me the difference between ICRC and NACR plz which do i join thanks and see you online

Hey Nubba,
The NARC is the North American branch of the ICRC. The ICRC is currently at the maximum number of members (100), so it was decided that the main club would be split into regional branches. As far as I know (and this could have changed, I haven't been able to access the fm.net forums today), the NARC is the only branch that is up right now, but European and Asian branches are expected soon.
